Apple Banana Smoothie with Moringa Powder


This Apple Banana Moringa Smoothie is absolutely delicious, filling, nutritious & super easy to make with just 3-4 ready ingredients in all our pantries. It’s naturally sweet due to the organically ripened Banana & Apples yet, if you feel like can add on some organic Honey (as per your tastes & if the natural sweetness of the fruits are less), Honey can also be added to balance the bitterness of the Moringa (Drumsticks) Powder- It’s very simple to make & a great delectably nutritious diet breakfast for the health conscious people, mostly post the workout sessions

3 Bananas Ripe & Sweet (cut into slices)
3 Apples (Any- Sweet Ones): Cut into slices
1 tsp Honey
1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder (Freshly Ground)
1/8 tsp Nutmeg Powder (optional)
1/2 Cup Fresh Milk
1/8 tsp Cinnamon Powder (optional)
3/4 tsp Moringa (Drumsticks) Powder
1/8 tsp Salt

1. Take all the aforementioned ingredients into a Blender Jar & blend everything well into a smooth pouring & creamy consistency
2.If you find it too thick- either you can add to it a bit more milk or if you want to relish it chilled then, add in a few chunks of ice cubes & blend it well until all- well combined
3. Transfer to a delectable Glass Jar- Garnish it, if you choose to do so...Relish it, post the rigorous workout sessions or as in your healthy breakfast Diet
