Here is an easy and tasty way to incorporate moringa not into your morning smoothie, but into your pancakes!
½ cup shredded coconut,
1 ripe banana,
1 teaspoon vanilla,
3 tablespoon coconut flour,
1 teaspoon cinnamon,
3 teaspoon Moringa powder; or to your liking
1 tablespoon carob powder,
1 teaspoon maca powder,
½ cup water,
1 teaspoon chia seeds.
Mash all ingredients up until they resemble a batter.
Heat a flat pan on the stove to medium heat, reducing heat once you have made three beautiful moringa cakes and placed them on the flat top.
Cook each side for about 5 minutes, keeping an eye and ensuring that the heat is low so each cake can thoroughly cook.
Once these are finished, plop them onto your favorite plate, spicing them up with fresh berries, banana and organic maple syrup. Whatever your little heart desires!
